Each team's Power Score is the total projected points of their optimal starting lineup, built the same way the Start/Sit Assistant builds yours, from whoever's actually on their roster. It's a measure of roster talent, not who's won more games.
Deliberately not Edge Score, which is what the Draft Board ranks by. Edge Score rewards positional scarcity, because a QB is easier to replace than an RB when you're drafting. Once both players are already rostered that scarcity is a sunk cost, and the only question a lineup asks is who scores more — grading lineups on Edge Score systematically marked down teams with good QBs. Player values elsewhere on the site (Trade Calculator, Trade Finder, Waiver Wire) still use Edge Score, because those are acquisition decisions, where scarcity genuinely counts.
The Trend column compares each team's record rank to its Power Score rank:
This is a talent signal, not a prediction. Records even out over a long enough season, but a big gap between record rank and Power Score rank early on is exactly the kind of mismatch that makes for a good trade.
